The Law Has No Respect of Person

Lady Justice is the symbol of the judiciary. Justice is depicted as a goddess equipped with three symbols of the rule of law: a sword symbolizing the court's coercive power; scales representing an objective standard by which competing claims are weighed; and a blindfold indicating that justice is (or should be) meted out objectively, without fear or favor, regardless of identity, money, power, or weakness.

What Is Law?
Law is a system of rules and guidelines, usually enforced through a set of institutions.
The law blesses those who obey it and curses those who disobey it.
There Are Various Kinds of Laws
There are all kinds of laws to govern and control what is allowed and disallowed or permitted and forbidden. For example, there are:
God Created Laws
- Spiritual Laws
- Natural Laws
- Scientific Laws
- The Laws of Physics
- Mathematical Laws
- Moral & Ethical Laws
Then there are laws created by man to govern the affairs of mankind, which includes such legal subjects as:
Man Created Laws
- Criminal Law
- Marital Law
- Contract Law
- Property Law
- Trust Law
- Constitutional Law
- And a host of others
You Can’t Escape The Law of God
Man can break man’s laws and some times escape punishment. But the laws of God are inescapable. Disobeying God’s laws comes with consequences. Those consequences are not always immediately evident.
But as the scriptures declare in Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. (KJV)
Putting it more plainly, don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. (NLT)
Just because it looks like you’ve gotten away with it, keep on sowing if you will, but remember harvest time will come. And if you should die before harvest time, don’t worry,
Hbr 9:27 declares, And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
Ecc 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether [it be] good, or whether [it be] evil.
Rom 2:16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rom 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
This means that God don’t care who you are. Whether you are great or small, rich or poor, the president, the pope, the preacher, the pimp or even Oprah; it does not matter. You will reap whatever you sow.
The Law Blesses the Obedient
This principle also applies to good deeds. If you obey the laws of God and the just laws of man that do not contradict the laws of God, then you will be blessed accordingly. Remember Shadrach, Meshach, and Thatbadnegro. They were thrown in the fiery furnace for obeying God rather than man. (Dan 3) And Daniel was thrown in the lion’s den. (Dan 6) In Acts 4, Peter and John were threatened by the religious leaders to stop speaking and teaching in the name of Jesus and Peter and John looked at them and said with one voice (and I paraphrase) “Negro Please”.
Conclusion
We are not under the law in respect to justification and salvation, nevertheless, all things in both heaven and earth and throughout the universe are subject to law. If you obey the law of God, it will work in your favor. If you disobey the law, it will work against you.
Remember, you may not immediately see the results of your actions but that simply means that your seeds have not finished growing yet. Therefore if you are planting good seeds, rejoice and continue to do so and wait patiently for the harvest. But if you are sowing bad seeds, stop and repent now. If you keep doing things contrary to God’s law, your harvest will be more than you can bear.
Let s/he that have ears to hear, hear what the Spirit is saying.
