Understanding Law vs Grace


God established through Jesus a new and better covenant established upon better promises. The old covenant was a legalistic relationship with God, but the new covenant is a love relationship with God through Christ. Some Say “Once saved Always Saved” True or False? Part 2


From the moment you accept Christ as your lord and savior and reject sin, you are saved and being saved by grace through faith in the Word of God. But be not deceived, the Word says that you must not be a hearer of the word only but you must do what the Word tells you to do. Just hearing, reading, confessing, and believing that the Word is true will not save you if you do not do what it tells you to do. It only can save you if you apply it.

Salvation is a process that begins with an act or event initiated by a savior or rescuer. Once you understand that salvation is an ongoing process and not a one-time event, you will understand that there are certain things that you have to do and maintain in order to complete the process. God’s plan is to transform our sinful behavior into consistent righteous living and obedience by the process of us proactively renewing our minds with the principles and guidelines set forth in the Word of God.
